In the last E3 2018, EA announced the arrival of the Jedi Star Wars: Fallen Order by the end of the year and promised a video game that will delight fans of the saga and lightsabers typical of Star Wars.
Jedi Star Wars: Fallen Order is the next Star Wars title, the result of a collaboration between Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment. It is an action-adventure video game of a player in which there will be no microtransactions.
The game will take place just after what happened in the movie Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the 2005 Sith, that is, after the execution of Secret Order Number 66.
You must put yourself in the shoes of apprentice Padawan Cal Kestis, who managed to get rid of the execution and now has to live hidden to avoid being hunted. Read on to learn more about EA’s new video game.
Price, release date and platforms of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
The Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order video game will be available for PC and game consoles from November 15. You can now reserve your copy through Origin, either in its standard edition for € 59.95 or its deluxe edition for € 69.95.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order gameplay
Throughout the video game, you will encounter several characters – good and bad – in different worlds and locations extracted from the Star Wars universe. You will be chased by the Inquisition, a fairly powerful Jedi hunter, and anti Jedi stormtroopers.
The game focuses on the battles of lightsabers in which you must block and dodge attacks also with the help of certain strength skills like a true Jedi. In addition, you can move around the universe at your leisure.
According to Respawn, Cal’s lightsaber will evolve and change throughout the game, although we don’t know in what way. It would be interesting to be able to follow the evolution of a Padawan while discovering the power of his strength.
For now, we have not been able to try Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order with our own hands, but the trailer above should help us get an idea.
Microtransactions in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Luckily, EA has confirmed that there will be no microtransactions in Jedi Star Wars: Fallen Order. It is worth noting because the company has earned a certain bad reputation for monetizing its video games whenever it can, even if they are single player.
